Role & responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand store network through new store openings.

- Identify and develop new market opportunities and locations.

- Drive franchisee profitability through effective sales and marketing initiatives.

- Evaluate location and logistics feasibility for new stores.

- Recruit, onboard, and support franchisees.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth retail operations.

- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.

- Ensure brand consistency, SOP compliance, and robust franchisee relationships.

- Monitor industry trends and recommend process improvements.

- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through performance management and feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 7 years of experience in field role with 2 years of experience in man management and 2 years of own brand store retail and franchisee handling experience.

- Immediate to 1 month joiner.
