Infinitycrest Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Franchise Development Manager to support franchise sales, business development, client acquisition, and business expansion.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 4–8 Years

Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA + Performance Incentives

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new franchise business opportunities.
- Identify and connect with potential business partners.
- Handle enquiries and qualify prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct business presentations and explain franchise opportunities.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Handle client queries and commercial discussions.
- Convert qualified leads into franchise partnerships.
- Build long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding.

Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Franchise Development, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Experience in high-value sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of franchise business models is an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA is preferred.
