Role & responsibilities

- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, pricing, and business cases.

- Analyze monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.

- Lead finance transformation projects focused on process optimization, standardization, and automation.

- Identify opportunities to simplify finance processes using technology and best practices.

- Collaborate with functional leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into financial plans.

- Lead and mentor FP&A; analysts and project team members.

- Build a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and analytical excellence.
