Founding Product Designer - Full-time or Part-time (remote) Build at the frontier of AI ?

Our platform is a governed, vendor-agnostic decision layer that deploys inside any container and reads data with full auditability.

It takes a business from what happened and why, to what will happen and what to do next. True, engineered, prescriptive AI infrastructure. We're looking for a one of a kind Lead Product Designer to own the product's interface end to end.

You'll define how governed, boardroom-grade AI looks and feels, and you'll do it with evidence from real enterprise users in your hands. This is hands-on, detail-obsessed product craft. World-class only.

You'll own the journey from first principles to shipped UI.

Defining and owning our design system: tokens, components, theming, from first principles to shipped UI

Designing the core AI experience: conversational surfaces, streaming answers, citations, validation states, charts and proactive signals

Running continuous UX research with our enterprise clients and turning what you hear into features, flows and look and feel

This is ownership at a very high standard. You define the how,



and you nail it. ? Who This Is For

Fluent in contemporary token-based design systems, with deep working knowledge of Claude's design language and token architecture as a reference standard

Proven at platform design for AI and LLM products, specifically B2B, mid-market and enterprise (not consumer chat)

A practised researcher: you interview customers, listen well, and let evidence drive the design, not taste alone

Able to show shipped work where research demonstrably shaped the product. You've done this before, not just read about it.

Obsessive about detail and craft. You sweat the edge cases. ? Role Basics
