Founding GTM Associate (Remote)
Every startup has that one person who doesn't wait for opportunities—they create them. They know how to start conversations, open doors, and turn ideas into momentum.
Our team is full of builders—engineers, designers, and product people. Now we're looking for someone who can take Koshpal into the market, build relationships, win our first customers, and grow alongside the company from day one.
We're not looking for someone to "do sales."
We're looking for someone who wants to build.
What you'll do
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Reach out to HR leaders, founders, and CXOs.
- Book meetings and build partnerships.
- Experiment with new growth ideas.
- Help us acquire our first enterprise customers.
- Work directly with the founders to shape Koshpal's GTM strategy.
Who we're looking for
- Final-year student or recent graduate.
- Curious, resourceful, and willing to figure things out.
- Doesn't stop after hearing "no."
- Wants ownership, not just an internship certificate.
- Dreams of building a startup one day.
Sales experience is a bonus.
