Home is rebuilding the concept of the Family Doctor for modern India. We combine technology, home healthcare, AI and a nationwide clinical network to deliver trusted doctors, nurses and diagnostics directly to patients homes. Alongside our core business, we are building subscription based healthcare for Indian families and NRIs who want to care for their parents in India. We are looking for someone who wants to own growth, not just execute marketing campaigns.

About the Role You will own the complete go-to-market engine for one of our fastest growing business lines, including Family Doctor subscriptions and NRI healthcare. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, AI, marketing, sales and analytics. You will launch campaigns, build landing pages, generate demand, optimize conversion funnels, automate workflows using AI, analyze data and continuously improve performance.

This is a high ownership role where success is measured by revenue growth and customer acquisition.

What You'll Do Own customer acquisition from first impression to completed sale.

Design and execute GTM strategies for subscriptions and NRI healthcare products.

Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.

Run Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid acquisition experiments.

Continuously test creatives, messaging, offers and pricing.

Analyze campaign performance and identify winning patterns.

Build AI powered workflows to automate repetitive marketing and sales tasks.

Work closely with engineering and product teams to launch recent features faster.

Improve lead qualification, CRM workflows and conversion rates.

Create dashboards that track CAC, conversion, retention and revenue.





Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are converted efficiently.

Own weekly growth metrics and present learnings to leadership. Who We're Looking For 2 to 3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Product Marketing or Performance Marketing.

Engineering graduate from a strong college preferred.

Comfortable working with data, SQL is a bonus.

Strong understanding of AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, n8n, Zapier, Make or similar workflow automation platforms.

Experience building landing pages using modern no code or low code tools.

Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for experimentation.

Comfortable shipping quickly and learning from data.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.

Points Experience working at an early stage startup.

Experience selling subscriptions or healthcare products.

Experience targeting NRIs or international audiences.

Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, PostHog or similar analytics tools.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.

Experience running AI driven marketing experiments. Success in the First 6 Months Launch multiple GTM experiments every week.

Build a scalable acquisition engine for subscriptions.

Improve landing page conversion rates through continuous testing.

Implement AI workflows that reduce manual work across marketing and sales.

Build dashboards that leadership can use to monitor growth.
