1. There is no salary. None. Not now, not in 3 months. Compensation is equity only, with a 1-year cliff — meaning if you leave before completing one full year, you get zero. No stipend guarantee, no back-pay, no "we'll figure it out."
2. Hampox must be your professional priority. Not a side project, not something you fit between other clients. If you have a full-time job or heavy client load, this will not work.
3. This is a core lead role. You own outcomes and answer for results, including when they fail. You initiate the plans and call the meetings — nobody assigns you work.
4. You must want to shape a company, not receive an offer. If your first questions are about salary, designation, certificates, or hours, we're not a match.
5. I will end the engagement inside 4 months if you're not delivering. That's written into the agreement. So is everything above.
