Role & responsibilities
Work directly with the Founder on strategic projects and business expansion plans
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling
Prepare business reports, presentations, and strategic insights
Track key performance metrics and drive execution of priority initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
Identify process improvements and growth opportunities
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
High ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced setting
