Entropy Mediaworks is an early-stage startup helping B2B companies grow through GTM strategy, demand generation, branding, and operational systems.

We're looking for a Founder’s Office Generalist

Someone who's excited to work across different functions, solve problems, and build alongside the founders. If you enjoy learning fast, taking ownership, and wearing multiple hats, this role is for you.

What you'll work on:

- Market and competitor research
- Sales, lead generation & outreach
- Project coordination
- Business operations
- Process improvement & documentation
- AI tools & workflow automation
- Client support
- Growth experiments and special projects

We're looking for someone who:

- Learns quickly and adapts fast
- Takes ownership without being asked
- Has strong communication and research skills




- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
- Enjoys solving new problems every day

Nice to have:

- Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, or CRM tools
- Previous startup or internship experience
- Interest in marketing, sales, operations, or business strategy
