Role : You will own high-stakes clear problem statements - new product lines, new markets, operational bottlenecks, scaled processes, competitive strategies, organisation design.

Work alongside the Founder and Chief of Staff defining various solutions through to execution - you are not preparing decks for someone else to act on.

Move fast across multiple simultaneous workstreams without losing rigour on any of them.

Ability to interface with external stakeholders - partners, investors, regulators, vendors — and drive outcomes You are a strong fit if:

2–7 years of experience in fintech, consumer tech, investment products, or management consulting

Demonstrated ability to own a problem end-to-end — not just analyse it

Solid familiarity with financial services, investments, or capital markets — either professionally or as a serious personal practitioner

Sharp quantitative and analytical skills — you are comfortable building models, interrogating data, and defending your numbers

Exceptional project management instincts — you can run five things in parallel and know which one needs your attention right now Education: Engineering degree or MBA from a top-tier institution. What matters more than the institution is what you have done since.
