Company Description KLYNE is a premium unisex fragrance brand that creates mood-based perfumes for modern individuals in India. We're looking for a highly driven Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founder on high-impact initiatives across the business. This is a cross-functional role where you'll gain exposure to strategy, operations, growth, marketing, partnerships, product launches, and business execution.

No two days will be the same. You'll help solve real business challenges, work on projects that matter, and play an active role in scaling a consumer startup. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities.

Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.

Support product launches, marketing campaigns, retail initiatives, and marketplace growth.

Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Prepare presentations, reports, trackers, and business documents.





Identify operational challenges and proactively solve problems.

Support business development and partnership initiatives. Who we're looking for Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project management tools is an advantage.
