Most communication platforms teach through videos.

We believe people become confident communicators by practicing.

At Speak Sharp, we're building a communication practice platform where professionals improve skills like conversations, storytelling, humor, articulation and confidence through interactive practice sessions, AI-powered feedback and community learning.

We're an early-stage startup looking for people who enjoy solving difficult problems and building things from scratch.

About the Role

This isn't a traditional marketing internship.

This isn't a content writing internship.

This isn't a curriculum design internship.

You'll work directly with the founder to help build Speak Sharp across marketing, product and learning.

If you enjoy thinking creatively, experimenting with ideas and using AI to build things faster, you'll probably love this role.

What You'll Do

You'll work across multiple areas depending on what the company needs.

Growth & Marketing

Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.

Research viral content formats and trends.

Create content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Experiment with new growth channels.

Help build and grow our community.

Product & Learning

Design engaging communication practice activities.

Generate interesting real-life scenarios using AI.

Create presentation decks and facilitator notes.

Improve existing sessions based on participant feedback.

Test activities before they go live.

Help build AI prompts and improve feedback quality.

General

Solve problems that don't have obvious answers.

Learn new AI tools and use them to improve speed.





Work on projects that directly influence the future of Speak Sharp. Every week will look different.

Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for the most experienced person.

We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys creating, experimenting and building.

You'll probably enjoy this role if you:

Are comfortable with ambiguity.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Solid written English.

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.

Curious about psychology, communication, marketing and human behaviour.

Bonus If You Have Ever...

Built an Instagram page, YouTube channel or newsletter.

Organized college events or communities.

Led a club or student society.

Hosted workshops or public events.

Created content that reached thousands of people.

Built any side project simply because you were curious.
