Role Description The Founder Office Intern at Nova A.I. will work closely with the founding team to support strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This full-time, in office role in Hyderabad involves assisting with project coordination, preparing reports and presentations, conducting market and product research, and supporting communication between internal and external stakeholders.

The intern may help document processes, track progress on key initiatives, and contribute ideas to improve workflows and product features.



The role offers exposure to startup operations, AI-driven product development, and the entertainment technology domain, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility based on performance.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities to support market studies, competitor analysis, and product-related insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents, presentations, and stakeholder correspondence.
- Basic understanding of technology, AI concepts, or SaaS products, with an interest in the entertainment or media industry.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support the founder’s priorities.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, collaboration platforms) and comfort learning new software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and curious mindset.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in business, engineering, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
