About Fête Home

Fête Home is a premium homeware and tableware brand celebrating the art of hosting through thoughtfully designed collections. We're looking for a creative, entrepreneurial individual to work directly with the Founder and help build the brand from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves design, product development, storytelling and discovering beautiful ideas. As a startup, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work across collections, sourcing, branding, launches, PR and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder to conceptualize and develop new product collections.
- Research global trends, European homeware and tableware brands, materials, colours, finishes and design inspiration.
- Create mood boards, product concepts and collection presentations.
- Source new vendors, artisans and manufacturers for products and packaging.
- Coordinate product sampling and review samples for design, quality and aesthetics.
- Assist in product development from concept through launch.
- Plan the creative direction for product shoots, campaigns and launch imagery.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, designers and creative partners.
- Work closely with the PR agency on influencer gifting, packaging concepts and launch initiatives.
- Support exhibitions, pop-ups, client meetings and brand collaborations.
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for new products and collections.
- Assist with website launches by preparing product stories, imagery and brand content.
- Respond to customer enquiries and DMs when required and maintain a premium brand experience.
- Travel to vendor meetings,



sourcing trips and exhibitions as needed.
- Support founder-led projects and take ownership of new initiatives as the business grows.

Who We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in luxury, consumer brands, fashion, homeware, lifestyle or design.
- Excellent aesthetic sense with a genuine passion for interiors, tableware, ceramics and home décor.
- Curious, creative and constantly inspired by global brands and design trends.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Confident communicating and negotiating with vendors, clients and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel for vendor visits, exhibitions and sourcing trips.
- Familiarity with Canva, Pinterest, Google Workspace and Shopify is a plus.
