We're looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer engagement. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to understand their business challenges, rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions, and take them into production.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with stakeholders, and building AI applications that create real business value.

Experience: 8+ Years Location: Coimbatore Key Skills

AI Engineering: Experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama), Agentic AI, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate), and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.

Software Engineering: Strong Python skills with Django, FastAPI or Flask, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, Git, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines.

Customer & Solution Delivery: Ability to understand business problems, design AI-powered solutions,



work directly with customers, and communicate technical concepts effectively. Responsibilities

Partner directly with customers to understand business processes and identify AI opportunities.

Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Build production-ready applications using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and modern cloud technologies.

Develop scalable backend services and APIs that power AI applications.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to rapidly iterate on customer feedback.

Drive technical discussions with customers and recommend scalable solution architectures.

Integrate enterprise systems, APIs, and business workflows with AI capabilities.

Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, security, and cost.

Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices across projects.
