We are looking for a creative and passionate Food Technologist/Food Scientist to join our Product Development team. Your primary responsibility will be to research, develop, and standardize healthy and tasty food products that can be commercially manufactured.

Role & responsibilities
- Develop innovative recipes for healthy snacks and food products.
- Conduct product trials and optimize formulations.
- Standardize recipes for commercial-scale production.
- Study and improve product shelf life.
- Recommend suitable ingredients and natural preservation techniques.
- Work on nutrition, taste, texture, and product stability.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams during pilot and production trials.
- Suggest suitable packaging for product quality and shelf life.
- Maintain product development documentation and test reports.
- Stay updated with food industry trends and emerging ingredients.
- Ensure products comply with FSSAI and food safety standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of food formulation and shelf-life concepts.
- Strong interest in healthy foods and snack innovation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to experiment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
