About the Company:

Dindori Pranit Farmer Producer Company Limited (DPFPCL) is a reputed Farmer Producer Organization based in Nashik, engaged in food processing and packaging operations serving a growing customer base.

Role Overview:

DPFPCL is seeking a qualified and dedicated Food Safety & Quality Assurance Officer to manage quality standards and regulatory compliance across our food processing and packaging operations. This is strictly a food industry role — candidates from mechanical, electrical, electronics, or pharma backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform basic in-house lab testing including moisture analysis, acidity, FFA/peroxide value for oils, and basic physicochemical tests of raw and finished products
- Ensure all product labels, packaging, and nutritional information strictly comply with the latest FSSAI regulations and guidelines
- Handle routine quality checks, manage product batch testing, and coordinate with external NABL-accredited laboratories for advanced food testing
- Manage documentation, surveillance audits,



and compliance records for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, and GMP standards
- Monitor the quality of inventory, stock processing, and packaging lines to maintain high safety standards
- Track the latest FSSAI orders and notifications, and coordinate required modifications on the FoSCoS portal

Required Qualifications:

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology (mandatory — no other degree background will be considered)

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience strictly within the Food Processing or FMCG Packaging industry (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of FSSAI rules, food safety laws, and the FoSCoS registration/licensing process
- Practical knowledge of operating basic laboratory equipment and maintaining lab logs
- Basic computer proficiency and strong documentation skills

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
