Role Description

We are seeking a Food Safety Internal Audit Intern for an on-site internship based in Mumbai and Delhi. In this role, the intern will assist with conducting food safety internal audits, preparing audit checklists, ensuring compliance with food safety standards,



and supporting activities to maintain hygiene and safety protocols across our operations.

Responsibilities include documenting findings, proposing actions for areas of improvement, and collaborating with the quality assurance team to strengthen food safety standards.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety protocols, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to document audit findings clearly
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate professionally
- Studying towards or completion of a degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety certifications (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP) is a plus
