Food & Beverage Reservations Agent

Responsibilities

- Look after restaurant and bar reservations by phone, email and online channels, responding quickly and with plenty of personality.

- Help guests choose the right outlet, time and experience by knowing our menus, spaces, offers and what is happening around the hotel.

- Enter bookings accurately, including dietary needs, celebrations, accessibility requirements and other useful guest notes.

- Send clear confirmations and handle changes, cancellations and special requests without making things feel difficult.

- Keep the restaurant and kitchen teams updated with daily reservation information, VIPs, large tables and anything that needs extra attention.

- Recognise returning guests and use what we know to make their next visit feel even better.

- Support table management and help balance bookings so our spaces feel lively and service stays smooth.

- Follow up on guest feedback and share helpful themes with the F&B; leadership team.

- Keep guest information accurate and handled responsibly.

- Support the floor team during busy periods when needed - we re one team, not separate departments.

- You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a bonus.

- Experience with a restaurant reservation system, POS or PMS is useful, but we can teach the systems if you bring the right attitude.
