Carnival Farms is looking for an accomplished Food & Beverage Manager to lead the complete dining, banquet and event service operations of Patna’s European-inspired luxury resort. The role requires a hospitality professional who understands that luxury is delivered through detail, personalisation, consistency and exceptional service. The selected candidate will oversee restaurant dining, café operations, banquets, destination weddings, private celebrations, poolside events and resort dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities - Lead food and beverage operations across restaurants, café, banquets, lawns and poolside venues

- Establish and maintain luxury hospitality and service standards
- Oversee the execution of destination weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and social gatherings
- Create personalised dining and service experiences for guests
- Coordinate closely with culinary, events, sales, housekeeping and resort operations teams
- Recruit, train and mentor restaurant, banquet and service teams
- Develop service SOPs, grooming standards and guest-engagement protocols
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, inventory, wastage and departmental profitability
- Support menu planning,



seasonal dining concepts and curated resort experiences
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, discretion and urgency
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and licensing standards
- Drive revenue through banquet packages, celebrations, dining experiences and upselling Candidate Profile - Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- 6–10 years of relevant food and beverage experience
- Experience with a luxury hotel, luxury resort, destination wedding property or fine-dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet service and large-format event execution
- Excellent leadership, communication and guest-relations skills
- Strong understanding of cost control, inventory and operational reporting
- Ability to lead high-volume events while protecting the luxury guest experience Preferred - Experience managing luxury weddings and multi-day celebrations
- Pre-opening or resort-launch experience
- Immediate availability
- Robust understanding of the Patna and Bihar hospitality market
