Job Summary

We are seeking a polished, professional, and attentive Food & Beverage Service Associate to manage the hospitality experience within our executive office. In this role, you will be the face of our companys hospitality, ensuring that our CEO, clients, visiting candidates, and VIP guests receive an exceptional, warm, and seamless service experience.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a robust eye for detail, and a passion for high-standard hospitality in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Hospitality: Warmly welcome and greet clients, interview candidates, board members, and external VIP guests upon arrival at the executive floor.
- Beverage & Meal Service: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, refreshments,



and light snacks to the CEO, executives, and clients during daily operations and high-profile meetings.
- Meeting Room Preparation: Coordinate with the administrative team to set up meeting rooms with appropriate refreshments, glassware, and tech-ready presentation layouts prior to client arrivals.
- Inventory Management: Monitor, track, and restock pantry supplies, premium coffee/tea selections, snacks, and catering inventory, ensuring everything is freshly stocked.
- Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation of the executive kitchen, pantry, and dining areas, strictly adhering to hygiene standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in organizing external catering orders for corporate lunches, board meetings, or special office events.
