Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of the FMS Project, focusing on product enhancements, adoption, performance optimization, and roadmap strategy. The role involves continuously improving the product based on user behaviour, business needs, and operational insights while ensuring sustained growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Lifecycle Management

Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of the Fleet Management Solution (FMS), from requirements definition to launch and continuous improvement.

Ensure the product delivers measurable value to fleet operators, commercial customers, and internal stakeholders.

Drive scalability, stability, and long‑term sustainability of the solution.

Product Roadmap & Feature Prioritization

Define and maintain the FMS product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, data insights, operational requirements, and strategic objectives.

Product Adoption & Engagement

Work with the business team to drive solution sales and enable adoption of the Fleet Management Solution (FMS).

Support pre‑sales and post‑sales activities by contributing to solution positioning, and demos.

Identify adoption gaps and user pain points through data, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback.

Initiate actions to improve engagement, feature utilisation, and overall value realization from the solution.

Performance Tracking & Product Analytics

Define and track product KPIs such as feature adoption, active usage, performance metrics, and service reliability.

Analyse product performance to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.

Use insights to guide product decisions and continuous improvement efforts.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with technology, operations, sales, support, and business teams to deliver product enhancements.





Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution by translating requirements into clear product specifications.

Ensure alignment between product roadmap, operational execution, and commercial priorities.

Vendor Partner Coordination

Collaborate with vendor partners involved in FMS development, integration, and support.

Ensure vendors deliver solutions as per agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Support resolution of product‑related issues, dependencies, and enhancements with partners.

Delivery, Release & Issue Management

Manage end‑to‑end delivery of product enhancements, including requirement gathering, development coordination, testing, and release tracking.

Handle product issues, bugs, escalations, and performance concerns to minimize impact on users.

Ensure smooth rollout of new features with minimal disruption.

Documentation & Stakeholder Communication

Ensure clear product documentation, PRDs, release notes, and change communications.

Conduct regular product reviews and updates with stakeholders on roadmap progress, performance, and impact.

Continuous Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and automation within the FMS.

Drive simplification and efficiency across product features to enhance user experience and operational outcomes.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field).
- Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA across all education levels (10th, 12th/Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s).
- Only full-time, regular education is accepted.
- Average tenure should be

2 years or more.

Must-Have Skills

- Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Good understanding of product metrics, user journeys, and adoption funnels
- Ability to prioritize between enhancements, bug fixes, and new requirements
- Working understanding of technology, APIs, and system integrations
