Job Summary

As a Line Leader at Mekr Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line to ensure efficient and effective operation. You will lead a team of production workers, manage daily activities, and ensure that products meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Your role will be critical in driving productivity, maintaining a positive work environment, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Supervise and guide a team of production workers.

Allocate tasks and set clear objectives to ensure smooth production flow.

Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Production Management

Monitor and control the production line to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Ensure that production processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

Resolve any operational issues that arise on the production line promptly.

Quality Assurance

Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement practices to enhance product quality.

Ensure that all production activities comply with company quality standards and procedures.

Safety and Compliance

Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Report any safety hazards or incidents to the relevant authorities.

Communication and Reporting





Maintain clear and effective communication with the Production Manager and other departments.

Prepare and submit daily production reports, including metrics on performance, quality, and any issues encountered.

Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements.

Inventory and Maintenance

Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies on the production line.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or vocational training is a plus.

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using production machinery and tools; familiarity with [specific software or systems if applicable] is an advantage.

Working Conditions

Full-time position with standard working hours; may require flexibility based on production demands.
