Position: US Freight Dispatcher

Location: Noida, Sector 2

Shift: Night- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (drop off facility available)

Must have: Atleast 1 year experience as Freight Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities

1. Dispatching & Route Optimization

- Plan, schedule, and dispatch loads to carrier drivers or owner-operators across active US time zones.
- Utilize load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to assign and monitor shipments.
- Proactively monitor weather forecasts, traffic disruptions, and route constraints to re-route drivers and prevent transit delays.

2. Tracking, Tracing & Issue Resolution

- Perform real-time check-ins with drivers at pickup, transit, and delivery stages.
- Update load status, location, and accurate ETAs in the TMS system continuously.
- Swiftly handle operational exceptions including vehicle breakdowns, layovers, detention, lumpers, and rejections.

3. Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

- Collect, verify, and archive essential shipping documents: Rate Confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOL), and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Ensure driver compliance with FMCSA Regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) tracking (e.g., Samsara, KeepTruckin).
- Coordinate accessorial charges (detention, layover, TONU)



with brokers/customers and maintain accurate billing records.

4. Stakeholder Communication

- Maintain constant communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms with drivers, brokers, and logistics coordinators.
- Provide timely status notifications and delay alerts to customers and brokers to ensure exceptional service quality.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in US Freight Dispatching, 3PL operations, or US trucking logistics.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work fixed Night Shifts aligned with US Eastern/Central business hours.
- US Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of US geography, major freight corridors, DOT rules, FMCSA compliance, and HOS rules.
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience with TMS software, ELD platforms (Samsara/Motive), and load boards (DAT, Truckstop).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent and strong negotiation abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills under pressure to handle emergencies, delays, and schedule conflicts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
