- Manage day-to-day showroom floor operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

- Monitor customer handling, product presentation, and overall showroom experience.

- Handle key customers, assist in high-value sales, and resolve customer concerns.

- Monitor daily sales, conversion, customer footfall, and team performance.

- Coordinate with management, inventory, billing, and other departments for smooth operations.

- Ensure proper display, stock handling, and security of jewellery products.

- Conduct regular team briefings and guide staff on sales techniques and customer service.

- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and performance reports with management.

- Manage daily counter-wise staff allocation and ensure proper coverage of all counters, especially in case of employee absence.

Note : Only Male candidates preferred.
