About the Role

Roots Foundation is seeking a passionate and energetic Fitness Trainer to join our SehatGiri – Community Fitness & Wellness Initiative. The selected candidate will conduct fitness sessions, promote healthy lifestyles, and engage with schools and communities to encourage physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Aerobics, Zumba, and Group Fitness sessions.
- Promote health and fitness awareness in schools and local communities.
- Build engagement and encourage active participation in fitness programs.
- Support community health and wellness initiatives.
- Create a safe, motivating, and inclusive fitness environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in conducting Aerobics, Zumba, or Group Fitness sessions.
- Strong fitness training knowledge and practical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to engage and motivate participants of different age groups.
- Familiarity with Gurugram and surrounding areas.
- Passion for health, fitness, and community development.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in Fitness Training, Aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, or a related field.
- Previous experience with schools, NGOs, wellness programs, or community fitness initiatives will be an advantage.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹35,000 per month
