About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Fire & Safety Trainer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in fire prevention, industrial safety, occupational health & safety, and emergency response. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare students for successful careers in the Fire & Safety industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on Fire & Safety subjects.
- Conduct demonstrations on fire extinguishers, firefighting equipment, PPE, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical examinations.
- Conduct mock drills, safety awareness programs, and practical sessions.
- Guide students on industrial safety standards and workplace best practices.
- Maintain student attendance, training records, and academic documentation.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment.
- Keep up to date with the latest fire safety regulations and industry practices.

Eligibility Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:





- Diploma in Fire & Safety
- Advanced Diploma in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety
- Bachelor's Degree in Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline

Experience
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of teaching or industrial experience will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of fire prevention, industrial safety, and emergency response.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and safety drills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Good classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Robust organizational and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial or training institute experience.
- Certifications related to Fire & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or Disaster Management will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
