Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fire and Safety Officer role based in Ratlam. The Fire and Safety Officer will monitor workplace conditions, identify fire and safety hazards, and ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and security regulations.

Daily responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, maintaining fire protection equipment, organizing and delivering safety training, and promoting safe work practices across the site. The role also involves investigating incidents and near misses, preparing reports, recommending corrective actions, and coordinating with management and external agencies when required. The Fire and Safety Officer will play a key part in building a strong safety culture and supporting emergency preparedness and response activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Health & Safety and Occupational Health knowledge, with the ability to implement safety standards and policies on site.
- Candidates should possess Accident Investigation skills, including incident reporting,



root cause analysis, and development of corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates should possess Security awareness and risk assessment skills to support safe and secure operations.
- Candidates should possess Safety Training capabilities, including conducting fire drills, safety inductions, and ongoing awareness sessions for all staff.
- Relevant certification or diploma in fire and safety, occupational health and safety, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in an industrial, commercial, or construction environment in a similar safety-focused position is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence safe behavior and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, use basic computer applications, and respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Salary Is Upto 60K
