Group is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager / Financial Controller to strengthen our finance function and support our growing businesses across Aerospace, Defence, Precision Manufacturing, Automation, and Advanced Engineering.

About the Role This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic manufacturing environment where finance is a strategic business partner.

Responsibilities - Lead the Group's accounting and financial reporting functions

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
- Oversee statutory compliance, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and audit coordination
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory accounting
- Drive costing accuracy, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS,



and business performance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and ERP utilization
- Mentor and develop the accounting team while fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, Semi-Qualified CA or an experienced finance skilled with a strong accounting and compliance background.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering industries.

Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, statutory compliances, audits, inventory accounting, and manufacturing costing.

- Experience with ERP systems and process automation will be an added advantage.
- A proactive leader with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
