About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Financial Planning Consultants with expertise in financial planning, investment strategies, retirement planning, wealth management, risk analysis, and personal finance to contribute to advanced AI research and evaluation projects . You'll apply your financial expertise to evaluate expert-level financial content, assess AI-generated outputs, and help improve the accuracy, reasoning, and performance of next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your financial planning expertise and consulting experience are the primary qualifications for success in this role. Professionals with backgrounds in investment advisory, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, or comprehensive financial consulting are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Review and evaluate AI-generated financial content for technical accuracy, completeness, and industry best practices.
- Apply expertise in financial planning, investment analysis, retirement planning, wealth management, and risk assessment .
- Analyze financial goals, investment portfolios, cash flow, insurance needs, and long-term financial strategies .
- Develop and assess personalized financial plans and investment recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Translate complex financial planning concepts into clear, structured documentation for AI training and evaluation.




- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure financial accuracy, consistency, and content quality .
- Apply structured evaluation frameworks and professional judgment to improve AI model performance .

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline .
- Robust experience in financial planning, investment advisory, retirement planning, wealth management, or financial consulting .
- Professional certification such as CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking, financial reasoning, and problem-solving skills .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to financial detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment .

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related field .
- Experience in private wealth management, financial consulting, investment management, or financial coaching .
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, financial data annotation, or AI model evaluation .
- Experience developing financial evaluation frameworks, quality assurance processes, or compliance review standards .
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional or remote teams .

Compensation

- Competitive compensation of $80–$110/hour.
