This is not another reporting role.

This is a business transformation role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Planning & Strategy

- Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting .
- Support business growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives .
- Conduct market, competitor, and investment analysis .
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations.

2. Executive Decision Support Partner with the Founder & CEO by delivering:

- Executive dashboards
- Business insights & performance reviews
- Scenario modelling & risk analysis
- Investment evaluations
- Decision support & strategic recommendations

3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

Drive financial performance through:

- Revenue, margin & EBITDA analysis
- Profitability analysis (Branch, Project, Customer & Service)
- Budget vs Actual & Forecast vs Actual reporting
- Cash flow, working capital & cost optimization
- Break-even & sensitivity analysis

4. Enterprise Business Analytics Develop business analytics and KPI dashboards across:

- Sales & Business Development
- Projects
- Service
- Procurement
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Marketing

5. Advanced Analytics

- Predictive Analytics: Forecast revenue, cash flow,



project risks, resource needs, and business opportunities.
- Diagnostic Analytics: Identify root causes of declining performance, cost overruns, delays, and inefficiencies.
- Prescriptive Analytics: Recommend actions to improve profitability, efficiency, growth, and working capital.

6. Business Excellence & Transformation Lead initiatives to improve business performance through:

- KPI governance
- Dashboard automation
- ERP & MIS enhancements
- Management reporting
- Process optimization
- Data quality & continuous improvement

7. Executive Dashboard Ownership Design and manage executive dashboards for Founder, CEO, and Functional Heads , ensuring reports answer:

- What happened?
- Why did it happen?
- What should be done next?

Leadership Responsibilities

- Influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Drive data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) .
- Challenge assumptions using data and business insights.
- Build KPI awareness and accountability across departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

- 5–12 years in Business Finance, FP&A;, Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, Finance & Business Planning.
- MUST
- Experience in project-driven businesses such as HVAC, MEP, EPC, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or related sectors is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

- MBA (Finance/Business Analytics)
- CA
- CMA
- CFA

Technical Skills: MUST HAVE ---

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
- ERP reporting
- Financial modelling
- PowerPoint
- AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CLAUDE, PERPLEXITY, GEMINI, Microsoft Copilot)

1. Salary: 10 - 18 Lakhs + Perks
