Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Hands-on experience of more than 4 years in the SAP FI/CO module.
Familiarity with matrix reporting at both plant and corporate (Head Office)
levels.
Cross-functional team exposure.
Robust understanding of machine cycle time, tool life, and OEE (Overall
Equipment Effectiveness).
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely accounting and month-end closing activities at the plant level in coordination with the Head Office.
Release monthly costs and report standard cost variances.
Prepare the annual budget and conduct monthly Profit & Loss variance analysis for the plant.
Manage inventory control, including reporting obsolete and non-moving inventory, validating cycle counts, conducting physical stock verification, and calculating annual purchase overheads.
Calculate annual Machine Hour Rate (MHR)
and Labour Hour Rate (LHR).
Validate savings achieved through cost reduction projects and identify further cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and analyze daily and weekly MIS reports covering tools, rejection costs, maintenance expenses, inventory, sales, purchases, and gross margins.
Act as the key user and owner of SAP Controlling (CO) master data at the plant.
Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve Input Tax Credit (ITC)
mismatches.
Manage State Government incentive schemes in coordination with consultants.
Resolve Finance & Accounts-related queries from all departments and serve as the single point of contact for financial support.
Coordinate and ensure timely closure of statutory audits by resolving audit observations and queries.
