We are looking for a Finance Controller with strong experience only in Manufacturing Industry to oversee financial reporting, plant finance, cost control, compliance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial controlling, statutory compliance, costing, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Mandatory: Manufacturing industry experience and SAP knowledge are required.

Key Responsibilities Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.

Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.

Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

Manage plant finance, inventory valuation, standard costing, product costing, and manufacturing cost analysis.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory performance.

Support Capex evaluation, investment analysis, and business case preparation.

Partner with operations, supply chain,



procurement, and manufacturing teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Lead automation and process improvement initiatives using ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Mentor and guide the finance team while supporting strategic business decisions. ## Desired Candidate Profile 8–15 years of experience in Finance Controlling within a Manufacturing setting only.

CA preferred;

CMA or MBA (Finance) may also be considered.

Strong experience in

Financial Controlling Plant Finance Costing & Inventory Valuation Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Reporting & MIS Internal Controls & Compliance Statutory Audit Coordination Working Capital Management Experience with SAP (implementation or support experience is an added advantage).

Strong knowledge of Ind AS, accounting standards, GST, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Comfortable working in a dynamic startup or high-growth manufacturing environment.
