Role & responsibilities

- Prepare close workbooks, journal entry support, accrual and prepayment calculations, and other recurring close schedules.
- Prepare review-ready reporting packs for local controllers, including variance analysis on revenue, gross margin,staff costs and operating expenses.
- Use Power BI to maintain and improve recurring reporting views, dashboards and close monitoring reports.
- Perform data quality checks between ERP source data, reporting files and Power BI output.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant experience should be 4 to 6 years in financial controlling,



reporting or close processes in an international environment.
- Mandatory: robust Power BI experience, including report maintenance, data validation and dashboard usage for finance reporting.
- Strong Excel skills, including structured workbooks, reconciliations, pivot tables and data validation.
- Good understanding of month-end close processes, accruals, prepayments, journal entries and financial analysis.
- Fluent written and spoken English; comfortable working with stakeholders in the Europe and India.
