Role Description The Financial Advisor role at Bajaj Life is a full-time, in office position based in Baleswar.

The Financial

Advisor will meet with existing and prospective customers to understand their financial goals, assess protection and investment needs, and recommend suitable Bajaj Life products such as ULIPs, term plans, retirement and child policies. The role involves preparing personalized financial plans, explaining product features and benefits clearly, and guiding customers through documentation and policy issuance.

The Financial

Advisor will monitor client portfolios,



conduct regular reviews, and suggest adjustments to align with changing financial objectives and market conditions. Daily activities also include lead generation, participation in local marketing initiatives, maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications Strong financial planning skills, including Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to design goal-based solutions for diverse client needs.

Solid understanding of core Finance and Investments, including risk assessment, asset allocation, and long-term wealth creation strategies.

Experience in Financial Advisory, with a track record of providing ethical, client-centric advice and building lasting relationships.

Relevant academic background in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM) are an advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Strong analytical and numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with branch and sales teams.

Knowledge of local market dynamics in and around Baleswar and comfort with on-site customer interactions.
