Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

- Manage purchase accounting processes, including inventory valuation and capitalization rules.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in finance or accounting role.

- Robust knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.

- Proficiency in carving out complex financial transactions from business combinations under IFRS 3.
