WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Invoicing — every billable milestone billed on time; nothing slips
- Collections — aging, statements of account, chasing clients directly
- Accounting & books — ledgers, cost accounting, expenses, audit-ready
- Project profitability & the cost models behind our quotations
- Monthly payroll across India, Egypt, UAE & Sri Lanka (with HR)
- Systems — finish our Drive→Smartsheet migration, Zoho People timesheets & automations
- Monthly reporting to management — cash, WIP, receivables — unprompted

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in finance & operations — engineering, construction or consultancy preferred
- You've RUN the invoicing → collections → reporting cycle, not just supported it
- Solid Excel; hands-on Zoho Books/People & Smartsheet automations a real plus
- You build and improve systems — not just use finished ones
- Comfortable across currencies (AED, SAR, QAR, USD, INR)
- Fluent written English — you'll write to clients directly
- You bring fixes and recommendations, not just flags
- Happy to work UAE hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30, Sat 8:00–14:00 GST
