ROLE The finance manager will oversee all financial operations reporting complains & budgeting of T. John Group of Institutions and other related companies. You will work closely with the management, admin and accounts team to ensure smooth financial functioning of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee day to day accounting, reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers and vendor payments
2. Manage accounts payable/receivable, fee collection, scholarship and student refunds

3. Financial reporting and analysis

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report for presentation to management
- Make and handle reports of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare reports for management board including balance sheet, and cash flow etc.
- All statutory compliances, taxes and auditing to be overseen

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelors degree in commerce /finance /accounting/ CA Inter / CMA or CA preferred
- Should have minimum 5 years of experience in finance accounting with similar roles. Experience in education sector will be an advantage
- Should be well versed in tally MS excel with pivot table
- Knowledge of GST /TDS/ Income tax / accounting/ P&L; and balance sheet is necessary
