Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing Netfreak’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include managing cash flow, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, and monitoring revenue and expenditure against budgets. The role involves analyzing financial performance, developing forecasts, and providing recommendations to support strategic decisions and long-term sustainability.

The Finance

Manager will also manage invoicing, payments, and vendor relationships, ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax requirements,



and collaborate with content and operations teams to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives. This role requires proactive risk management, process improvement, and clear communication of financial insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for digital or media businesses.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
- Experience with accounting principles, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to use financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; skilled certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
