We are a 5-year-old operating NBFC with an established lending track record and have been consistently reporting to stakeholders, lenders, auditors, and trustees. The company operates in a regulated ecosystem with strong financial governance and structured reporting practices.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-orientated and analytical Finance Manager who will anchor the following:

- Monthly financial closing
- Management MIS reporting
- Lender & trustee reporting
- Stakeholder reporting
- GST & TDS reconciliation and compliance
- Financial control & reconciliation discipline
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Coordination with statutory, internal and tax auditors
- Cash flow monitoring and financial reporting support

This role is critical in ensuring accurate books, audit readiness, and high-quality reporting to management,



board members, lenders, and other stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA Inter / IPCC (Mandatory); CA Qualified preferred.
- 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in NBFCs, Lending, Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in lender reporting, trustee reporting, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Financial Models).
- Experience working on Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting/ERP software.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines and independently.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in RBI-regulated NBFCs or Lending businesses.
- Exposure to securitization, co-lending, or structured finance reporting.
- Experience handling statutory, internal, tax, and lender audits.
- Knowledge of IND-AS and RBI regulatory reporting will be an added advantage.
