Role: Finance Manager

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru Digital Blanket is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who can take complete ownership of the company’s finance function. This is a versatile role covering accounting, taxation, compliance, cash flow, reporting, inventory, project costing and financial controls. We are looking for someone who can manage day-to-day finance operations while also helping the leadership team make better business decisions. Key Responsibilities

Manage books of accounts, monthly closing and financial statements.

Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.

Manage GST, TDS, income tax, audits and other statutory compliances.

Oversee customer invoicing, collections, vendor payments and reconciliations.

Track project-wise revenue, costs, margins and profitability.

Manage inventory accounting and controls across warehouses, offices and customer project locations.

Track stock inward, outward, transfers, installation, returns, damaged stock and goods in transit.

Conduct regular physical stock reconciliation and investigate inventory differences.

Monitor receivables, payables and overall working capital.

Review purchase orders, vendor invoices, customer contracts and commercial terms.

Establish finance processes, approval controls and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors and internal teams.

Support leadership with financial analysis and business decision-making.



What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting or controllership.

CA or CA Inter or a similar qualification.

Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and financial reporting.

Practical experience managing physical inventory is essential.

Experience in project costing, hardware, electronics, IoT, SaaS, engineering or a project-based business is preferred.

Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting or ERP software.

Ability to independently manage tasks and follow them through to closure.

Solid attention to detail, ownership and problem-solving ability.

You should be comfortable working at both an operational and strategic level.

This role would suit someone who can review an inventory reconciliation, follow up on an overdue customer payment, close the monthly accounts and prepare a management report—all with equal ownership.
