Role Description The Finance Intern will support the finance and advisory teams with daily activities such as analyzing financial data, assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, and supporting accounting and compliance-related tasks.

Responsibilities include conducting research on market trends and investment opportunities, helping prepare client reports and presentations, and assisting with financial modeling and valuation exercises.



The intern will collaborate with team members to gather and organize financial information, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular participation in team meetings and client-focused projects.

Qualifications

Strong foundational knowledge in finance, including understanding of basic financial concepts and financial statements.

Analytical skills to interpret data, perform quantitative analysis, and support financial modeling and valuation tasks.

Accounting skills to assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and review of financial records.

Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present financial insights to team members.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel or similar), and comfort working with data.

Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to learning in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in global markets, investment strategies, and emerging financial technologies is an advantage.

Well versed with Power BI, Advance Excel, Word, Canva etc.
