Role Description The Finance Executive will handle day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Executive will help ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards, while coordinating with auditors and other stakeholders as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support informed financial decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid core finance and accounting skills, including knowledge of financial statements, general ledger accounting, and basic taxation concepts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting and ERP software, as well as Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, external partners, and auditors.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field are preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or exposure to cost accounting and inventory management is beneficial.
