We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, billing, and financial documentation. Candidates from the travel industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Manage GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments.
- Handle bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Maintain proper financial records and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with CA for audits, taxation,
and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–12 years of experience in finance and accounts.
- Experience in travel industry preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, billing, invoicing, and accounting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
