- Drive monthly review and analysis & reporting of Variable Cost by SKU for all Plants,

- Drive variance analysis against Budget, Forecast, Standard Cost, and Prior Year.

- Drive monthly analysis of Overheads for operational efficiencies and control over exceptional costs

- Maintain, review and Monitor Capex budget and Capex Spends for the Business

- Partnering with Plant teams on WCM & Commercial activities,

- Digitization projects for process and productivity improvements

- Laise with FSSC and other functions for improved efficiency in Payables,

- Drive Digital projects in Plant Finance

- Drive Working capital optimization
- Support plant leadership in decision-making through actionable financial insights.

- Drive, review and monitor Fiscal incentive related activities

- Identify cost optimization opportunities across manufacturing operations.

- Establish common reporting structures and performance dashboards across plants.

- Monthly Balance Sheet Review in Black Line

- Monthly AP and AR reviews

- Statutory audits and Group audits

- Fixed Asset management
- Ensure compliance with corporate Internal Control standards - ICRF

- Conduct periodic control reviews and risk assessments.
