Primary Responsibilities Own monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L; reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Partner with business, operations, and functional leaders to support strategic decision-making and drive financial accountability

Lead variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning to improve business performance and profitability

Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders

Utilize advanced Excel and Essbase/SmartView to perform financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting

Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality initiatives

Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior team members as needed

Demonstrate agility in managing ad hoc requests, executive analyses, and high-priority business initiatives while balancing regular FP&A; deliverables

The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications MBA, CA, or equivalent qualification

6+ years of experience in FP&A;, financial analysis, or finance business partnering

Solid experience in P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Essbase/SmartView (or similar planning/reporting tools)

Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills

Proven solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
