Role Description The Research Analyst is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial models, and supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial updates, research notes.

The associate will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to the venture studio and portfolio companies, as well as help track investments and cash flows.



The role collaborates with the investment and operations teams to provide timely financial insights that support decision-making and portfolio performance tracking.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Finance and practical exposure to Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and core accounting principles.
- Solid Analytical Skills for financial analysis, reporting, and decision support.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Research & financial tools.
- CA, CA Inter, CFA L2
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in investment, startup, or consulting environments.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and supporting multiple stakeholders and portfolio companies.
