Mandatory Experience and Knowledge

- Total 11-15 years' experience of working in lT Technical Application support.

- Minimum Five years Working Experience on Finacle version 7.0.18 or 7.0.25 or higher version, Customization, implementation, and Configuration.

- Working knowledge on Finacle UBS version 10.x, knowledge of FCIDE, FSDP, and APDM, C24, FIXML and interfaces.

- Working experience of Trade Finance, Multi Currency, General Ledger, Office Accounts, GL subhead code.

- Working experience of Finacle Scripting & PL/ SQL

- Knowledge of internet Banking (FEBA Ver.11.X or higher), Customization, implementation, Configuration.
- Knowledge of Banking Operation Logic, RTGS, NEFT, Trade Finance, EOD, and BOD.

- Prince 2/ PMP Certification is essential requirement. ITIL V4.0 certification is optional

- MBA or BE/B.Tech any other academic qualification required and need to have project management experience.

JD

- L3 should be available during all working days and on need basis including holidays/nonworking hours.

- Application management as well as day-end, day-begin, month-end, year-end, periodic and daily backups.

- The L3 resources should also be available on holidays as per need or if any maintenance or activities scheduled/ planned.





- L3 resources shall be responsible and available on site for performing the maintenance, i.e., any kind of up gradation, patching, new rollout, and maintenance activities as per need including on holidays.

- L3 resource should ensure that SLAs with the bank are met.

- L3 resource should ensure that DC/DR cutovers are happening with minimum downtime and SLA is achieved.

- L3 resource should coordinate with third party vendors and ensure that SLA’s with bank are met for the third party vendors.

- L3 should work with close coordination with bank and L2/L1 team and ensure that L2 / L1 are doing their work efficiently and effectively.

- Handle escalated calls from Helpdesk

- Root cause analysis of issues and resolution plan

- Simulation of issues and escalation with OEMs along with supporting data for perfect resolution.

- Planning and performing the day end activities and assist in execution of lnterest Accrual, booking and application as and when required.

- Analysis of Failed accounts and remediation

- Implementation of application releases from OEM

- Support and manage DR cut over activities.

- Proven Program Management skill in large banking environment

- Should possess Project/Program management methodologies and positive ITIL experience
