We spark ideas, build skills, and nurture leadership while creating meaningful learning experiences in schools and communities.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and conduct Tinkering on Wheels (ToW) sessions across assigned locations.

- Coordinate with schools and partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Manage routing, logistics, and setup of ToW vehicles.
- Monitor program performance and collect feedback for improvement.
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance at all times.
- Provide basic electronics support during sessions.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and basic budget tracking.

Qualifications & Skills: 1. BSW,



MSW, B.Tech, Diploma, or any Bachelor's degree.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Stipend

Structure – ₹26,509/month:

- ₹16,509 per month as a living stipend
- ₹6,000 per month as a completion grant (paid after successful completion)
