Responsibilities

1. Providing technical support and after-sales service to customers across the assigned territory.
2. Managing product claims and customer complaints within defined timelines.
3. Conducting tyre inspections and recommending appropriate technical solutions.
4. Supporting the sales team through technical product guidance and customer interactions.
5. Delivering product knowledge and technical training to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Collecting market intelligence and sharing customer feedback with internal teams.
7. Executing demand generation and service initiatives across product categories.
8. Preparing MIS reports and maintaining accurate service documentation.
9. Coordinating with dealers and channel partners to improve customer satisfaction.
10. Ensuring timely claim resolution while maintaining service quality standards.

Requirements

1. BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
2. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
3.



Strong technical aptitude and customer service orientation.
4. Valuable communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of sales processes and market assessment will be an added advantage.
6. Ability to resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively,
7. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
8. Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation is preferred.
